MozaicID takes your privacy seriously. This policy outlines how we handle data within the eADVISR mobile app.

1. Data Collection

The eADVISR app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from users. The app operates entirely on-device and is designed to check TWIC® card status using publicly available TSA cancelation lists and card expiration data.

2. Data Sharing

We do not collect or share your information with any third party. eADVISR does not connect to external servers unless configured with MozaicID Portal.

3. Compliance

eADVISR is built with data minimization in mind and follows best practices to remain compliant with:

• GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation – EU)

• CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)

• TSA and USCG guidance for mobile card-checking apps
