This privacy notice for Mozaic ID LLC ("MozaicID", "we", "us", or "our") describes how we handle information when you use our services ("Services"), such as when you:

  • Download and use our mobile application (MozaicID eADVISR)

  • Engage with us in other related ways, including support or marketing inquiries

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We do not collect personal information.
The eADVISR mobile app is designed to verify the status of TWIC® credentials by electronically reading card data and checking expiration or cancelation lists. All processing happens locally on the device. No user information or TWIC® data is collected, stored, transmitted, or shared.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

We do not process any personal data.
TWIC® card data is temporarily accessed by the app for validation purposes only and is immediately discarded after the check is completed. No data is logged or stored.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?

We do not share your information with anyone.
No data from your use of the app is sent to MozaicID or any third-party system. There is no integration with advertising platforms, data brokers, or analytics services.

4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We do not retain user or cardholder information.
The app does not collect or store any data. Therefore, there is no retention period applicable.

5. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We design our software to reduce risk by avoiding unnecessary data handling.
Because eADVISR does not transmit or store any user or credential data, the risk of data compromise is minimal. The app also operates independently of network connectivity unless enterprise integration is explicitly configured.

6. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

No.
eADVISR is not marketed to or intended for children under 13 years of age. The app does not collect personal data from any users, including minors.

7. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

As no data is collected, users do not need to request access, correction, or deletion.
However, if you have questions about your privacy or how the app works, you may contact us anytime.

8. DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

The app does not track user behavior, online activity, or device identifiers, so Do-Not-Track browser or system settings do not apply.

9. U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA, etc.)

The app complies with applicable U.S. data privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
However, because we do not collect any identifiable data, no personal information is sold or shared under those laws.

10. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS POLICY?
